I’ve been getting up early in the mornings to work lately, a nice change in having been sleeping until nearly 4 in the afternoon not so very long ago. I was actually able to be waking up at 4 in the morning earlier this past week, then on Sunday I slept in until 9 a.m. and that seems to have had a bad affect on my internal clock, because now I am tending to sleep until roughly 9 and not getting to sleep until after midnight. I need to reverse that back to where I am getting to sleep by midnight and getting up at 4am.
Yes, I know, that is hardly a full night’s sleep, but if you can figure out how to fit 8 hours of sleep into my life schedule then I happily welcome the assistance.
