I am sad to say that my poor desktop computer is not working. My brother thinks it might be the video card, but the problem is that my desktop computer is an HP Slimline, which means the cards inside of it are all about half the size of a normal computer card. So, it is looking like I would be better off buying a new desktop rather than trying to get the Slimline fixed.

Ack-ack-ack… I can totally sympathize because I dread the day mine goes belly-up on me. Thankfully Macs are known as being somewhat akin to Timex watches, taking a licking and keeping on ticking. So what about just using Dad’s computer? Didn’t you say you only needed to find the cords for it?
OTOH, just let me know if you want to go shopping tomorrow!
I’m trying using dad’s computer. I used my computer’s cables to hook it up since I still don’t know where I put the cables to his.
As for shopping – I’ll take a look at my finances, but I at least would like to go get some groceries if you get the time.
