Desktop PC on its way back from HP

My desktop PC has apparently finished up its business with HP and is on its way back home.  This is both very very good news for me, since I will now be able to get everything I had been putting on the back burner done, and very very disappointing news to me, since they never called me about the option to have them install a multi-monitor card for me.  I had really hoped they could do that so that it would not cause another one of these Code Purple errors in the future.
